high sensitivity cryogenic Hall sensors (CHS-6)

for low-temperature magnetic field measurements

The MagCam high sensitivity cryogenic Hall sensors are optimized for liquid helium magnetic field measurements.

The sensors are manufactured from a high-quality MBE-grown GaAs/AlGaAsIII-V semiconductor heterostructure. Due to advanced band engineering this material contains a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) with superior electron mobilitiesat liquid helium temperatures.

The MagCam high sensitivity cryogenic Hall sensors are manufactured in state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities using a dedicated process flow. Each 1.6mm x 3mm chip contains six Hall sensors with sizes ranging from 10mm up to 80mm.
