HOW TO MEASURE THE MAGNETIC FIELD WITH MAGCAM'S COMBI SCANNER?

At the heart of the Combi Scanner, you can find the MiniCube 3D, Magcam's magnetic field camera. It is integrated into the Combi Scanner, which helps the scanner provide quantitative 3D (Br, Ba, Bt) magnetic field mapping of any permanent magnet or PM rotors. The MiniCube 3D collects the magnetic field data at high speed and derives important magnet characteristics in one measurement for in-depth analysis. 

In the Combi Scanner, the MiniCube can be rotated 90 degrees downwards or upwards thanks to a rotary stage to measure the magnetic field distribution of flat magnets, curved magnet segments, or permanent magnet rotors.

DATA ANALYSIS SERVICE SOFTWARE

Our Service Software is called, MagScope.
The Combi Scanner is integrated with and is controlled automatically by MagScope.
With the help of our powerful service software, the Combi Scanner can provide measurement and analysis capabilities for a complete quality control and characterization of the magnetic field distributions. It is designed to extract as much information as possible from the measurement data.
